Nguyen Xuan Minh
Nguyen Xuan Minh was born in 1979 and lives in Hue City. He founded BHA Studio in 2007, designing residential buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, mainly in Hue and Central Vietnam.
Explaining his design philosophy, he states: “My architecture is always about light, space and place. Light is the material of architecture. My process is often researched to study the shell to be able to regulate light, making the space always changing and interesting. In terms of architecture, I am the creator of space. I like to use transitions, open spaces, spaces that are unclear in function. Place, that is the living culture, the living habits of the people, the climate, the landscape, the economic conditions where it exists.”
