Felix Law
Felix Law is a spatial designer and the founding partner of WIT DESIGN & RESEARCH. He is a pioneer in research-driven spatial architecture.
A Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) graduate with a master’s in architecture, Felix Law’s portfolio spans commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, F&B, workplace, education, medical, cultural, and transit hub typologies. He is a 3x Global Winner at the IIDA Annual Awards, an Honouree of Fortune China Best Designs (1st & 2nd Editions) and received multiple laureates from international design authorities.
In 2015, Felix Law co-founded WIT DESIGN & RESEARCH in Beijing, advocating “Expansive Exploration, Precise Execution” in the digital era. The practice delivers holistic spatial strategies through evidence-based design methodologies, human-centric technical solutions, and deep-dive client needs analysis.
Kemp Chiu
Kemp Chiu is the Founding Partner/Design Director at WIT DESIGN & RESEARCH. He pursued his Master of Architecture from UCL University College, London. He worked at Norman Foster + Partners in London. As of 2025, he has more than 20 years of design experience.
Practice Ideology
WIT DESIGN & RESEARCH is an award-winning design practice with project experience in a variety of categories. The company has an interdisciplinary understanding combining interior art and architecture, engages in practice-led research, and is committed to providing in-depth design services. Some people here graduated from top universities in the world, and some have experience in leading international design firms with passion and professionalism. WIT DESIGN & RESEARCH focuses on space design, including hospitality, real estate, CCRC/care homes, retail/showrooms, clubs, residences, restaurants, offices, medical beauty clinics, and cultural and transport spaces, and also provides procurement and bespoke furnishings services. WIT DESIGN & RESEARCH has been awarded prizes at several international competitions such as the World Architecture festival WAF/WIF, WIN UK, IDC by IIDA, Andrew Martin Review UK, “Best of Year” in the US, The Plan AWADS Italy, FX UK, and A’design Italy and also received an award from Japan’s Ministry of Education.
