Practice Ideology
We are an architecture firm focused on research, design, and construction of individual and collective housing, cultural infrastructure, workspaces, and experimentation in the city with spatial solutions that emphasize simplicity, structural clarity, quality of detail, and the promotion of ecological, technological, and social diversity.
The firm’s work is characterized by the pursuit of precise and rigorous architecture that engages in dialogue with the construction traditions of the existing context, working on projects that explore the combination of materials, techniques, and geographies of different technological ranges, models of creative space management, or modes of use close to contemporary culture.
The office, founded in Bogotá in 2007, carries out its professional activity in the design and execution of public and private architectural projects throughout Colombia and abroad.
We have worked with cultural institutions, galleries, and museums in the design of pavilions, exhibition halls, museums, and stores, as well as in collaboration with artists for the development of installations and special projects, and with creative agencies, micro and large companies in the design of workspaces, production centers, and sales outlets. We also work with developers and individuals in the development of housing, exploring cooperative management models, the rehabilitation of modern heritage, and the use of low-cost manufacturing systems. We have participated in consultancies with foundations, universities, and development agencies for the development of public space interventions, urban furniture design, and public planning policies.
