The project was envisioned as a premium yet understated corporate environment that reflects the client’s identity while responding to practical considerations of budget, construction timeline, and functionality.
Rather than extensive structural intervention, the design works with the existing framework, allowing planning, materials, and natural light to shape the character of the office. The layout creates a seamless transition from the reception and waiting lounge to executive cabins, meeting rooms, and collaborative workspaces, balancing openness with the privacy required for day-to-day operations.
Natural light became one of the defining elements of the project. Existing window openings were retained, while light-toned finishes and subtle blinds help diffuse daylight throughout the interiors, creating bright, comfortable workspaces and reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day.
A restrained palette of warm wood, soft neutral finishes, textured fabrics, and muted grey surfaces brings a sense of continuity across the office.
