Job Description:
SOHO Architects is hiring Senior Draftsman’s to join their office in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
We are looking for an Architect with proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting, strong technical knowledge across various project scales, good design sense and attention to detail. The role involves project coordination, site supervision, and working collaboratively with the design team to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualification Required: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech.
Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting, with a strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings. Ability to interpret architectural concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings. Knowledge of building construction, materials, dimensions, and detailing, along with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with SketchUp is an added advantage. Good coordination skills, time management, and the ability to work effectively with architects and consultants are essential.
