About the Competition/Award:
Casas inHAUS launches the ‘Best House in The World’ competition. An international architecture competition in which we seek to reward the best pre-construction residential projects. You can submit a pre-construction project, with a real client and a real plot of land. Registration is completely free of charge. We distribute 111,000 euros among the best projects depending on their size.
The competition is open to architectural studios, professionals and designers from all over the world. You can enter the competition if you have a real residential project in the pre-construction phase, whether in the design phase or in the tendering phase.
AWARDS AND CATEGORIES: 111.000 euros in prizes for architects.
There are important prizes in three categories depending on the size of the project. We distribute 111,000 euros among the best projects:
Size XL projects over 1,000 m2 with a total prize of €60,600.
Size L projects from 500 m2 to 1,000 m2, total prize of €30,300.
Size M projects up to 500 m2 with a total prize of €20,200.

COMPETITION TIMELINE:
November – Submission of applications – from 20 November 2024 to 31 May 2025.
June – Pre-selection and jury meeting – between 1 June and 31 August 2025.
September – Election of winners – between 1 September and 30 September 2025.
October – Award ceremony and presentation of prizes – Between 1 and 31 October 2025.
