Benjamín Peniche Calafell

Born in Mérida, Yucatán, in 1985, he began his architectural education at the Universidad Marista de Mérida, where he developed a strong foundation in design and construction principles. He later expanded his professional outlook at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, gaining a global perspective on contemporary architecture.
He is responsible for shaping the conceptual vision of the studio’s work, ensuring that each project captures the identity of its clients while meeting the highest design standards. His practice focuses on creating innovative, meaningful spaces that enhance everyday life, with a strong commitment to sustainability, conscious design, and the integration of local culture and context.
Alongside his professional work, he teaches at the university where he was trained, contributing to the formation of future architects by promoting critical thinking, creativity, and ethical responsibility in architectural practice.
Jorge Duarte Torre
Chief Executive Officer · Co-Founder
Born in Mérida, Yucatán, in 1985, he earned his degree in architecture from the Universidad Marista de Mérida and continued his academic development at the Universidad ORT Uruguay, building a solid foundation that allows him to oversee projects from conception through execution.
He has completed advanced executive education at the Gazelle Institute and the Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, strengthening his strategic, innovation-driven approach to leadership and decision-making.
His work focuses on optimizing organizational structures and processes, ensuring operational efficiency and enabling the studio to consistently deliver high-impact projects that exceed client expectations. He also completed a postgraduate program in Executive Management at IPADE, where he continues to refine his perspective on business leadership in dynamic environments.

Since 2013, we have worked on projects of all scales, consistently accompanying our clients throughout every stage of the process—from engineering coordination to on-site supervision. With over 700,000 square meters designed and more than 60 national and international awards, our work has been recognized for its innovation and quality. We continue to shape meaningful experiences, turning visions into reality and creating architecture that leaves a lasting impact.
