AYESA is a multinational engineering and architecture services company founded in Seville over 60 years ago. It currently has more than 13,000 employees and a permanent presence in 23 countries in Europe, America, Africa and Asia.

The company’s architecture services began in the 1990s. At that time, a team was created that has grown in recent years to exceed 200 professionals, who develop architecture, landscaping and urban planning projects from conceptualization and design phases through construction, as well as services related to construction management, project management and consultancy.

The City of Justice in Cordoba, the Seville Tower or the remodelling of the Cruzcampo Factory itself are some of the most relevant milestones that have marked AYESA’s growth in architecture.

Additional projects include the new EMASESA laboratories in the old water tank in Camas (Seville), the rehabilitation of the Malaga City Council Building, the design for the City of Justice in Alicante (these last two both in progress), as well as the management of construction work on the new Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

In addition to the activity in Spain, there are also international commissions where AYESA has been developing large-scale projects for years that include the National Theatre and the Children’s Hospital in Panama City, the New Querétaro Campus of the University of Arkansas in Mexico, and the architectural design of the Metro Stations at the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
