Praveen Ram
Praveen Ram, an architect with over 24 years of experience, founded Badoloka in 2010 and is based in Calicut, Kerala, India. He graduated from M. M. College of Architecture, Pune, in 2000 and has served as a visiting faculty member at various colleges across India. He is a passionate traveler, sketcher, and online educator.
Practice Ideology
The practice is characterized by an on-site, hands-on approach to architecture. They prioritize a deeply personalized process, shaping conceptual designs that consider the site’s topography, climate conditions, and a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and way of life. Once a basic design is established and reviewed, the architects develop detailed plans directly on-site in close collaboration with skilled labor and clients.
