Naomy Parikh is an architect, a graduate of the School of Architecture, CEPT University, 2011, and pursued pottery at Golden Bridge Pottery, Pondicherry, 2017. Practice Ideology

Doro is an evolving practice committed to its engagement with place, people, and matter in ways that are fresh yet rooted. While it’s constantly evolving, it currently hinges itself on a dynamic collaborative process where individuals jump on board in different capacities as recurring associations, resulting in a diverse array of approaches, all resonating with the core idea of the practice.

While the practice has been exploring the design process through acts of making, it also finds itself inclined towards the intersections of community activism, system thinking, materiality, urban landscape, and conservation. Ignoring the drawing board sometimes means identifying opportunities for intervening where it matters, bound-unbound by geography!
