Practice Ideology

Approach to Architectural Practice: Studio 40 believes that architecture is more than just creating spaces; it’s about designing experiences that enrich people’s lives. They approach each project with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, ensuring that their designs serve the needs of the community while being visually inspiring.

Inspiration: Their inspiration comes from the unique cultural and social landscapes of the regions they work in, including Russia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. They draw from the history, art, and natural beauty of these areas, blending traditional elements with modern design principles. They are also inspired by global trends and innovations, striving to create spaces that feel both timeless and contemporary.

Goals: Their primary goal is to elevate public interiors and create environments that foster connection, creativity, and well-being. They aim to push the boundaries of design, incorporating new materials and technologies and setting new standards in architectural excellence. Additionally, they aspire to make a positive impact on the communities they work with by delivering spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional and inclusive.
