Practice Ideology
Founded by Zineb Ajebbar, ZArchitecture Studio is a Rabat-based architectural firm that blends sustainability, tradition, and modernity. With a profound respect for Moroccan craftsmanship and local materials, the studio reimagines ancestral know-how for contemporary needs.
At the heart of ZArchitecture Studio’s ethos is a commitment to creating spaces that resonate with their environment while addressing the demands of today. This approach shines in projects like the Jacques Majorelle School in Benguerir, an award-winning design celebrated at the 2024 Young Moroccan Architecture Awards. Delivered in just six months, the school balances functionality and elegance, offering a climate-responsive design centered around patios—a timeless element of Moroccan architecture.
From the cool embrace of Local stone to the artisanal touches that give each project its soul, ZArchitecture Studio builds more than structures. It builds connections: between heritage and innovation, materials and stories, people and spaces.
