[Text as submitted by architect] ‘Eagle Mansion Signature Villa’ has been selected as one of the three finalists in the “Signature Mansion” international invited competition organized by Emaar Misr for its newly developed project “Soul Luxury Beach Resort” on the Northern Coast of Egypt. This villa was designed for Mohamed Alabbar, is an Emirati businessman who is best known as the founder of Emaar Properties, the developer of assets such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, as well as the chairman of Eagle Hills, an Abu Dhabi-based private investment and real estate development company.

The source of inspiration for the Signature Villa was the lifestyle of their client. Surrounded by a 360-degree beach front around the island, with walking and running paths and additional multi-purpose outdoor spaces, event and party areas.
The main concept of the Eagle Mansion Signature Villa is to have it floating on the artificial hills, to almost create a sense of floating villa.They aimed to design and created a sleek and flush, fresh looking aesthetically designed Villa. A sense of luxury combined with practicality with the client’s lifestyle. Eagle Mansion Signature Villa, built on an artificial island that represents the region’s building concept, consists of ground floor, first floor (public mansion), second floor (semi-private mansion) with a 2,000 square meters infinity pool and third floor (full-private owner mansion), towering above and creating a sense of privacy, exclusiveness, and security for the client. With surrounding beaches, social and event areas, office and communal work areas, Eagle Mansion Signature Villa is an all-in-one concept to bring everything together.”
