Project Description

[Text as submitted by architect] The house is developed on a U-shaped floor plan that opens onto a central patio with the best sun. The central part of the living room, dining room and kitchen has a structure and exposed concrete slab, with a plank texture and a flat ceiling.

This public volume is contrasted with the lateral volumes, which are entirely made of wood, with a light sheet metal roof, a pronounced gabled roof and shelters the private part of the house: the bedrooms. The closure with large windows that occupy the entire height of the rooms allows infinite views of the garden and the sky from all these rooms.

In the patio we place a square pool, a gallery with a pergola and a fire pit, which are the heart of this house. In addition to this, there is a large terrace over the flat roof volume with an incredible view of the sea.
