Commissioned as one of four exclusive residences designed by EssTeam, this seven-bedroom villa is nestled within Dholakiya Farm, a sprawling 30,000-square-yard riverfront estate owned by the Dholakiya family. Its prime location ensures exceptional ventilation, panoramic views, and a seamless connection with nature.
Architectural Vision: With a clear and straightforward brief to design a modern, well-ventilated home, the villa’s architectural concept takes inspiration from the elements of Nature, Light, Wind, and Space. Shaped like a plus sign, the four L-shaped wings embody these elements, creating a harmonious balance between indoor and outdoor living.
The design embraces large glass doors, indoor greenery, and natural materials such as wood and stone to craft an inviting and timeless ambiance. Expansive windows, skylights, and reflective surfaces ensure an abundance of natural light, while an open layout promotes cross-ventilation, allowing a constant breeze to flow through the home. Minimal partitions, high ceilings, and multi-functional spaces amplify the sense of openness and freedom.
Spatial Experience: Upon entering the villa, visitors are welcomed by a lush green courtyard, a serene seating area, and a striking staircase illuminated by a skylight.
