The project’s logistics are designed to be a housing option that doesn’t compromise on professional assistance when needed or on the autonomy to come and go. The surroundings of the lot are rich in services, commercial points, gastronomy, and public squares, located on a bucolic street in the Menino Deus neighborhood. These factors favor the independence of guests whenever possible.
The building features 190 apartments across 13 floors, including 20 double units. Amenities include a covered pool, gym, spa, physiotherapy services, beauty area, social lounge, and a restaurant.
