Project Description

[Text as submitted by architect] This villa in Renaissance Park is a contemporary interpretation of the classic countryside dream — a place where the soul rests, and energy is drawn from nature and the presence of loved ones. Surrounded by a pine forest, the house embodies calmness, warmth, and quiet confidence

The architecture reflects openness — not through grand gestures, but through the seamless flow of space, soft transitions, and constant visual connection with the landscape. From the moment one enters, a sense of tranquility takes over. The main hall opens up with glass sliding doors, inviting nature inside. Wooden panels flow from the steps into the living area, and gentle lighting under the stairs brings elegance without excess.

At the heart of the home is the dining space, centered between a tall fireplace and a wine cabinet. These volumes divide and unify at once, creating a strong composition of form and texture. Warm tones in the soft seating area contrast with dark wooden panels and floors, while natural materials and clean lines bring a timeless, grounded elegance.

The wellness zone, featuring a large pool and spa, is designed for rest and family time. Two symmetrical wooden volumes anchor the space, echoing the rhythm of slatted panels and creating a strong visual axis. The pool area is open to the forest through tall glazing, filling the space with natural light and views.

The master suite is a retreat within the retreat — oriented toward the sunrise, with panoramic corner windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and terracotta armchairs. The bathroom features an open layout with a sculptural sink, rain shower, and bathtub aligned to views of an inner courtyard.

Throughout the house, natural materials, warm tones, and smart zoning create a sense of sanctuary. Perforated walls and panoramic glazing dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior. This project reflects Better commitment to crafting spaces where modern aesthetics and natural presence coexist — quietly, meaningfully, and beautifully.
