Coco ZHOU
Coco previously worked for the renowned American architecture firm Jerde as a vice president. She has served as the lead designer and design director for various large-scale commercial complexes, hotels, and urban planning projects. With years of design experience in both China and overseas, Coco excels at solving complex site problems, grasping the integrity of large-scale building and comprehensive design, and proposing innovative solutions. She has participated in many international bidding, competition, and commissioned projects and has received numerous accolades, including the Outstanding Project Award from the American Urban Land Institute and the New Design Gold Award for Asia and the Pacific.
Fu LI
Fu Li has served as a Vice Chief Architect and Design Director at Hongkong Huayi Design (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a Director of Design at RTKL Associates International, and an Architect at Eric Owen Moss Architects, among other positions.
Fu Li has multiple backgrounds in architecture, planning, and urban design practice and education. He is skilled at drawing inspiration from historical and cultural traditions of both the Eastern and Western, as well as contemporary lifestyles, to integrate cultural and artistic experiences into commercial and public building design. He is also adept at crossing boundaries between architecture and art, creating space that interweaves with humanistic emotions and elevating the overall value of the city. He has led the planning and architectural design of many projects and won multiple international awards.
Zhe WANG
Zhe Wang has nearly 20 years of experience in architectural design. He joined the New York office of KPF, one of the world’s most famous architectural firms in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President in 2007. As a principal designer and project manager, he has led and been deeply involved in the design of multiple large-scale projects in China and Asia, including urban planning, mixed-use development projects, Class-A office buildings, ultra five-star hotels, and shopping malls.
Prior to joining KPF, Wang Zhe worked at QPK Design architectural firm in New York State and Ayer Saint Gross architectural firm in Maryland. He has also been invited as a guest reviewer for architecture design courses at Columbia University and New York University, as well as Tsinghua University. His project experience covers multiple fields, including urban design, architecture, and interior design. He is adept at identifying and solving critical project issues, especially in office buildings, urban renovation and mixed-use development design.
Since 2016, Wang Zhe has also served as the Chief Architectural Advisor for Vanke’s commercial real estate department in Beijing, leading the design work for multiple office, commercial, mixed-use, and urban renovation projects.
Xin TIAN
Xin Tian is an experienced architect with over 20 years of practical experience, who has received professional education from well-known architecture schools in China and US. She has practiced at renowned international architectural firms such as GUND Partnership, Rafael Vinoly Architects, and ZNA. She began practicing in China in 2011, as a project leader and principal architect, she has led and participated in the design of multiple hotel resorts, commercial complexes, office buildings, and urban design projects.
Throughout her years of practice, she has maintained her passion for architectural creation and has been committed to expanding and innovative thinking in the field of original design of public architecture through down-to-earth sedimentation and accumulation. In her design work, she upholds a rational attitude, basing her solutions on objective analysis of the rational conditions of each case, in order to provide accurate and effective customized solutions for clients. While devoting herself to the practical field for a long time, she has also been paying attention to the front edge of architectural theory and professional development, maintaining an active mindset and creative drive, striving to present original works.
Rui ZHOU
Rui Zhou was born in Hubei province in 1969. He enrolled in the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University in 1986, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in 1991 and Master’s degree in Architecture in 1996. In 1997, he served as the Assistant General Manager of the Asian Representative Office for Peddle Thorp Architects, an Australian architectural design company, and was in charge of the Shenzhen Excellence Blue Coast, Overseas Chinese Town Porto Fino, and Le Méridien Shekou projects.
In 2002, Rui Zhou became the Design Director of Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd.’s Chengdu branch, where he led projects such as Chengdu Vanke City Garden and Chengdu Vanke Golden Family. In 2004, Rui Zhou founded Shenzhen Tianhe Architectural Design Firm. He is skilled in planning and designing large residential communities, luxury villas, and resort-style buildings. He also has unique insights in urban complexes, office buildings, and urban design.

The reorganized E Plus has National Class A License for Architectural And Engineering Design.
