Animation and Visualizations

These sessions were about how grasshopper can be used for animation process. How one can use extract frames using number slider and put it back in the form of animation by using premiere pro or any other video editing software of their choice.
The students were asked to do two exercise were:
- Car moving on the ramp animation
- Design a façade like the Al Bahar Tower

Physics Simulation Using Kangaroo
Date: 09, 10, 12 September 2020
During these sessions students were taught some advanced technical points about how to apply forces on points and mashes for form finding process in Kangaroo. There was also a discussion and teaching about how to record data of simulation and reuse it to form kinetic installations.
