Arjav Desai
As the Founder-Principal of POEMA, he believes in a design philosophy rooted in functionality and simplicity. An alumnus of CEPT University, he has cultivated a rich and diverse body of experience through collaborations with renowned architects and design studios in Switzerland, Surat, and Ahmedabad.
Proficient in building systems, conceptual ideation, and design detailing, he brings a holistic perspective to every project. He serves as a visiting faculty member in Design and Architecture. Alongside teaching, he enjoys reading books and appreciating cinema—pursuits that continue to inform and enrich his design sensibility.
Brinda Pancholi
As a Founder-Partner of POEMA, she brings projects to life with precision, sensitivity, and playfulness. She is instrumental in expanding the studio’s horizons, especially through her focus on landscape design.
An alumna of CEPT University, with further studies in Switzerland and professional experience across Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and Ahmedabad, she brings a diverse perspective to both architecture and landscape. Known for her craftsmanship and attention to detail, she merges design thinking with hands-on skills. Alongside her practice, she shares her passion as a visiting faculty in Design and Architecture.
