Ar. Bharat B. Gupta
Ar. Bharat B. Gupta is the founding architect with 55 years of experience in the field. He graduated as a qualified architect from Roorkee University in 1970. He has been practicing both as an architect and as a Govt. Registered Valuer approved by the Ministry of Finance, Central Board of Direct Taxes, and the Department of Revenue and Insurance, Government of India (Registration No. 24/MT/2001/CAT I). Ar. Gupta is an Associate of the Indian Institute of Architects and a member of the Council of Architecture, India, as well as the U.P. Architects Association.
Ar. Asit B Gupta
Ar. Asit B. Gupta is a Principal Architect with 26 years of professional experience. He earned his architecture degree from Sushant School of Art and Architecture in 1999 and completed his Master’s in Landscape Architecture from SPA, Delhi in 2001. Since then, he has been practicing as an architect in Meerut. Ar. Gupta is an Associate of the Indian Institute of Architects and a member of both the Council of Architecture, India, and the U.P. Architects Association.
Practice Ideology
Architecture is a fascination with life. Architecture is a celebration of life. This understanding explains the core design philosophy of the team ‘Studio Clay’. At the centre of human life lies the need for secure spaces, residential or otherwise. Spaces, where we can be who we are, and actualize our potential. These spaces, from homes to workplaces are our extensions. We start by defining them and in turn get defined by them. We, at ‘Studio Clay’ have internalized this precept. Architecture, therefore, for us is not about one building material or one style. Our respect for individuality ensures that client’s brief, stated, or unstated, is sacred to us. We consider ourselves just enablers and facilitators in their journeys. Hence no project of ours is similar. They are all proudly distinct as a testimony to the client’s personality. Incidentally, Team ‘Studio Clay’ believes in ‘har ghar kuchh kahta hai…’ and follows it.
