Practice Ideology
Working cohesively as a unit, Team3 Design functions as a studio hub that constantly experiments, discovering something new with every challenge. Their projects come together as an honest and authentic response to context and material available, grounded in a strong research-centric foundation that lends them the flexibility to experiment and innovate.
The team specializes in creating holistic projects across diverse scales, where each outcome is the result of a carefully considered approach to planning, designing, and detailing. Their design process addresses the larger scheme with as much attention as they pay to the smallest of details.
Over the years, Team3 has worked towards crafting designs that are an authentic response to needs—innovative and centred around the human experience. Spanning typologies from large-scale master planning to interior detailing, their projects are unified by a thread of thoughtful, context-relevant design.
