Harshall Mutha
Harshal, an interior designer by education, earned his bachelor’s degree in 2017, where he met Shubham. He gained diverse studio and hands-on experience before co-founding THINK in 2019 and contributing immensely in the interior design vertical. Alongside his design work, he has been a visiting faculty member for design and software at his alma mater since 2019.
Shubham Gandhi
Shubham Gandhi, a passionate architect, leads team THINK with a commitment to crafting transformative spaces that inspire communities. A graduate of SMEF’s Brick Group of Institutes, he honed his skills through internships at R+R Architects, and PMRDA, and trained under Ar. Girish Doshi at Navkar Architects. Alongside Harshal Mutha, Shubham co-founded THINK, a Pune-based architecture and interior design studio.
Dhwani Mehta Gandhi
Dhwani, a 2019 architecture graduate and IGBC AP-certified professional, is driven by a deep passion for art and design. She refined her skills through a six-month internship at Snehal Shah Architect and a year at EKA Turnkey Solutions. Since joining THINK in 2021, she has brought a multidimensional creative approach, shaping impactful spaces with innovation.
Aadesh Gandhi
Aadesh, a skilled interior designer, holds a Bachelor’s degree from Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Pune. His journey began under the mentorship of Mr. Sanjay Tapkire at Sanjay Tapkire & Associates. Aadesh later joined Aditya Constructions, where he oversaw large-scale projects. In 2019, Aadesh joins the THINK tank, marking an exciting new chapter in his career.

We design spaces that foster community growth and deliver innovative solutions across architecture, interiors, urban planning, hospitality, and social infrastructure. Our multidisciplinary approach embraces collaboration, creativity, and inclusive leadership.
