When challenged to design a new hotel in the beachside town of Hua Hin, the firm had the chance to consider what a hotel should be in Thailand. For Architectkidd, thoughtful hotel design should be simple and unostentatious, enhancing its surroundings while providing an experience that connects guests to the local culture and landscape of Thailand.
For this hotel design, the approach was to blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment. By bringing the outside in, the hotel creates a calming and peaceful atmosphere. In designing a hotel in Thailand, the guest experience is central to every aspect of the concept, from the architecture to the interior design. The goal is to create an environment where guests feel relaxed and comfortable while also being immersed in the natural surroundings of Chaam and Hua Hin, the western beachside towns of Thailand.
