Lucas Obino

Lucas Obino is a Brazilian architect and entrepreneur known for his contributions to urban development and innovation in the real estate sector. A graduate in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), his early career was marked by success in architectural competitions, including winning the 2009 CREA-PR project in Curitiba and earning recognition in other national contests.

In 2005, Lucas co-founded OSPA, focusing on urban development and innovative solutions. He also launched Urbe.me, Brazil’s first real estate crowdfunding platform, which democratized real estate investments by enabling accessible contributions.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Lucas has contributed to academic discussions on urban responsiveness, co-authoring a 2021 article on how technology and citizen participation can foster sustainable urban management. His career reflects a commitment to integrating innovation, technology, and collective participation in shaping the future of cities.

Carolina Souza Pinto

Carolina Souza Pinto is a renowned Brazilian architect and urban planner known for her innovative and sustainable contributions to contemporary architecture. A graduate of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), she gained early recognition by winning the 2009 competition for the CREA-PR headquarters in Curitiba.

As cofounder and design director of OSPA Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Carolina leads projects that blend innovation, functionality, and sustainability. Notable works include Altos House, harmonizing modern design with nature; iO Menino Deus, a residential building maximizing private spaces and urban integration; and the Aeromovel Porto Alegre, an automated transport system enhancing sustainable mobility.

In 2014, she was named Young Architect of the Year by SAERGS, highlighting her national impact. As an educator in the Cidades Responsivas program, Carolina shares her expertise in sustainable urbanism and strategic planning, preparing future architects for modern challenges.

Her work reflects a commitment to humanized, eco-friendly solutions, integrating architecture with natural environments and urban quality of life. Carolina remains a leading figure in shaping Brazil’s architectural and urban landscape.
